Ingredients:
6 chapaties
3 cups buttermilk
2 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon mustard & cumin seeds(rai-jeera)
a pinch of asfoetida
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
6 curry leaves(kadipatta)
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard&cumin seeds. When seeds crackles, add asfoetida, curry leaves and green chillies. Now add buttermilk, salt, chill, turmeric and coriander powder, boil it for 5 minutes. Cut chapaties into equal pieces and add it. Boil it for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, mix it well, Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
Leftover rotiya is a delicious dish now!

Palak ke Parathe are very healthy and it is full of Iron.
Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Palak, 3 tablespoon of Wheat flour, 1 tablespoon Soya flour, 1 teaspoon Cumin , 1 teaspoon ginger chilly paste , 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon olive olive.
Method:
Wash Palak leaves and boil it in water.Grind it after cooling. Add Wheat flour, Soya flour, Ginger chilli paste, cumin and salt. Mix it properly and shape it into dough. Roll out Parathe and roast it with olive oil.
Serve them with curd.

This is a sugarless sweet and it gives great protection against cold and improves our resistance power.
This sweet is prepared with dates and dryfruits and it is very healthy for kids.
Ingredients: (preparation time 15 minutes.)
500 gms Black seedless Dates
250 gms Walnuts,Almonds and Pista mix.
2 Teaspoon Ghee.
Method:
Crush the Dates with Potato Crusher.
Crush dry fruits as well but keep them in big pieces.
Heat Ghee in a kadai.
Add pieces of Dryfruits, roast them for 5 minutes.
Add Crushed Dates in it, mix it properly.
After 5 minutes remove from heat and spread it on a flat plate.
Make square pieces and it is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
2 Boiled & smashed Potatoes.
4 Buns (Ladi pav)
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder.
4 teaspoon Peanut butter.
1 teaspoon butter.
salt
Method:
Add salt & pepper powder to smashed potatoes.
Cut the Buns into 2 equal pieces.
Spread Peanut butter on each side.
Spread a layer of potatoes on the Bottom side Bun.
Cover the Bun with its upperside part.
Spread little Butter on each side of Sanjeev Kapoor’s Tandoor.
Toast it for 5 minutes.
Your delicious snack with Beverages is ready to eat.

My sweet daughter Shikha suggested me this Yummy remedy of Cold/Cough.
When anyone from my home catch cold/cough I serve them Shikhawala Halwa and believe me it helps a lot.
Ingredients:
2 Table spoon Besan (Chane ka atta)
2 Teaspoon Ghee.
2 Cup hot Milk.
1 Tablespoon Sugar.
1 Teaspoon chopped Almond & Pista.
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom powder.
Method:
Heat Ghee in a kadai.
Add Besan. Roast it till light brown in colour.
Add boil milk. Mix it properly.
Add Sugar. Stir it properly.
Add cardamom powder.
Cook until thick.
Decorate with chopped Almonds & Pista.

Hey Friends,
Vadapav is very famous in Bombay city. It is available at every Nukkad, every theatre, near gardens , schools & colleges because it is very filling & quite economical too.
To prepare Yummy Vadapav we require 3 chatpati Chatniya:
Sweet & sour chatni, Green Chatni & Red chatni.
Ingredients for Vadas:
3 Medium size boiled Potatoes.
4 Green Chillies & small piece of Ginger grinded.
1 Teaspoon finely chopped Coriander leaves.
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon juice.
1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala powder.
salt as per taste.
1 Teaspoon Chana Dal & Urad Dal.
1 Tespoon chopped Kadipatta(curry leaves).
Pinch of turmeric powder.
Oil for frying.
Method:
Smash boiled potatoes.
Add ginger chilly paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, coriander leaves & salt.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil, after a minute add mustard, cumin seeds & a pinch of turmeric powder.
Then add urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves.
Mix it with smashed potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients properly, divide it in 4 portions.
Give round shape to each portion like a ball.
Now prepare semi liquid batter of besan (gram flour) :
Take 2 tablespoon gram flour.
Add little water and prepare semi liquid batter.
Add little salt, turmeric powder and red chillies powder.
Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry them.
Vada is ready.
Now take 4 Buns (pav). Without cutting it, divide it in 2 parts.
Now spread Green chatni, Red chatni and Sweet& sour chatni on eah portion.
Now put chopped Onion and a Vada.
Vadapav is ready to eat.
Note: For these Chatniya refer Chatpati Chatniya catagory.

For smooth & fair skin soaked 5 Almonds in rose water, refridgerate it for 6 hrs.
Remove Almond’s skin & grind it with rose water.
Apply this pack on your face.
Wash it after 30 minutes.

This is one of my all-time-favourite chutnis.This Chatni can be used in Bhelpuri, Shevpuri, Ragda pattice and in most tyes of chats.
It gives an amazing new flavour to Pav Bhaji when added in the right proportion to the Bhajji
Ingredients:
Kashmiri Red Chillies 8 nos.
Garlic Flakes 18 nos.
(Jeera)Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Salt
Water
Method:
Soak Red chillies in water for 4 hours.
Drain the water.
Now grind it with Garlic, salt & Jeera powder.
Red Chatni is ready to eat.
Add Ice or water before use as per requirement.
Note: If you are in a hurry and don’t have the time to soak the red chillis, you can even boil them for 10-15 minutes instead.

Mix 1 tablespoon Multanimati powder with 1/2 tablespoon Chandan powder.
Add Rosewater to make semi-liquid paste. Apply on your face. After 20 minutes wash your face with cold water.
And you will find that your face looks great with Glow & Fairness.
