Chappati’s Ladoo

Use your left over Chapattis in a very smart way.
When you serve it nobody will be able to find out that it is being prepared from left over Chapattis.

Ingredients:

5 Chapattis
1 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Tablespoon chopped jaggery
½ Teaspoon Cardamom powder

Method:

Break the Chapattis into small pieces.
Grind it.
Heat Ghee in a kadai.
Add Jaggery, mix it properly for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add cardamom powder & grinded Chapattis
After 5 minutes prepare small size ladoos from it.

Babycorn ki bahar

Ingredients:

10 Chopped Babycorn.

1  Mediumsize pepper chopped.

3  Chopped Spring Onions.

1  Capsicum chopped.

1   Teaspoon redchilli powder.

1  Teasooon pepper sauce.

1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder.

1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala powder.

1 Tablespoon oil.

Method:

Heat oil in deep fry pan. After one minute, add  babycorn, pepper, capsicum and spring onion. Add salt, pepper red chilly powder and pepper sauce. Cook it for 5 minutes and serve it hot with butter roti.

Salt as per requirement.

Chatpate Parathe

Hey friends try this Chane ke Parathe.

Ingredients:

250 gm. Boiled Red Chane.

5 Tablespoon Wheat Flour.

1 Teaspoon Gingergarlic paste.

2 Teaspoon Greenchillies paste.

1 Tablespoon finely chopped Coriander leaves.

1 Teaspoon garam masala powder.

1 Teaspoon lemon juice.

1 Teaspoon salt.

Butter and water as per requirement.

METHOD:

Crush boiled chane roughly.

Add gingergarlic paste, green chillies paste, garam masala powder, lemon

juice, coriander leaves and salt.

Prepare semi tough dough.

Roll out parathe in round shapes and fry it with butter.

Serve it hot with chilled curd and green chatni.

Turmeric Milk

A healthy preparation which will help build resistance in your body and keep you far from cold, cough and throat problems:

Take 2 Dry figs & 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder. Add a glass of milk and boil it for 1o minutes. Drink it hot twice a day.

If you don’t fancy figs, you can also have this without it.

Hey friends I would like to share the delicious receipes which are very useful for our hair growth.
But to live stressfree life is very important for our growth. Yoga and Meditation is the best way to live stressfree and healthy life.
All Dairy product and Olive oil boosting our hair growth.Food for hair generally consists of proteins in your diet.Of indian recipes, I would also suggest almonds, walnuts and raisins.

However, it is more important to AVOID possible mistakes to damage your hair, such as would be: exposure to intense heat, lack of hairwashes, washing hair with hot water, avoiding using a conditioner after shampooing.Keep you hair dandruf free and massae your hair regularly.

Here are the Recipes.

Salad Maharaja:

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Olive oil.
1 Cup cooked Wheat Pasta.
1 Tablespoon small pieces of Walnut.
1 Tablespoon small pieces of Almond.
1 Small Apple chopped in square pieces.
1 Cup Pineapple’s square pieces.
1 Small Pear chopped in square pieces.
1 Tablespoon grated Carrot.
1 Tablespoon grated Cabbage.
1 Tablespoon finely chopped Parsley.
1 Teaspoon Lemon juice.
1 Teaspoon Chilliflakes.
1 Teaspoon Oregano.
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper powder.
1/2 Teaspoon Salt.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in serving bowl and serve it chilled.

One more spicy recipe is:
Chatpati chat:

Ingredients:

50 gm.Sprouted cereals like Moong, Matki, Kala Chana,Black eyed Beans(chori),
Red KidneyBeans(small rajma),YellowPeas & Masoor.

150 gm. Curd.
1 Medium size choppedOnion.
1 Medium size chopped Tomato.
2 Teaspoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
1Tablespoon Sweet & Sour chutney.
1 Teaspoon Green Chutney.

Method:

Beat the curd.
Add sprouted cereals,tomato & onion.
Spread sweet & sour and green chutneey.
Finely decorate it with coriander leaves.

sweet & sour chutney

Sweet and sour chutney

Ingredients:

20 gm. Imli (tamarind)
30 gm. dates(seedless)
25 gm. jaggery
1 teaspoon jeera(cumin) powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup water

Method:

Wash Imli &Dates.
Pressure cook it with 2 cup water & choppd jaggery for 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes blend the mixture, strain it.
Add jeera powder,red chilli powder and salt.

(serve chilled with chats & Raitas)

Green Chutney

Green chutney

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves.
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves.
3 chopped greeen chillies.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1/2 teaspoon salt.

Method:
Mix all ingredients and grinde it in chutney maker.
(serve chilled with all chats)

(Add 1 tablespoon mildly crushed  groundnut powder for combining it with Dhoklas & Bhajiyas.)

  • Grind seven leaves of basil.
  • Grind ginger till it fills one teaspoon.
  • Mix it with 1.5 tablspoon of honey.
  • Put  honey in a small pot & heat it for 1 minute.
  • Drink it warm thrice a day.
